Barnard Castle and Teesdale Farmers Auction Mart Co Ltd was established in May 1890 making it one of the longest running marts in the area.

Located in Barnard Castle with easy links from the A66 and A1 and the surrounding farming communities of Teesdale and Weardale, the mart goes from strength to strength and attracts both buyers and sellers from as far away as Cornwall.
